Group One performer Hi Yo Sass Bomb showcased that she’s on target for an exciting spring campaign when winning her 1000m heat at the Foxton trials on Tuesday.
Taranaki mare Hi Yo Sass Bomb already has a Group One placing next to her name, and owner-trainer Kim Reid is hoping to improve on that in the coming months.
“I think he’ll get over a bit more ground, but as he strengthens up, I think he’ll make the shorter distances as well. He’s got such a big stride on him.”
