Rangiotu mare Girl Talk was rewarded for her consistency when securing black-type at Wanganui on Easter Monday when winning the Gr.3 Windsor Park Stud Manawatu Breeders’ Stakes (2040m).
Rangiotu mare Girl Talk has been a model of consistency this season for trainer Stephen Nickalls and earned a tilt at black type with a deserved win over a mile at Wanganui last month.
“The Winter Cup is a good, honest field and he is going to have to be at the top of his game to take something like that out, but he is happy and well.”
