Canterbury sprinter Our Echo will make the trip across the Cook Strait once more this week to take his place in the Listed Bramco Granite & Marble Flying Handicap (1400m) at Trentham on Saturday.
Southern sprinter Our Echo showed his northern rivals just how good he can be when he sat wide throughout before holding off a host of challenges to win Saturday’s Listed Lincoln Farms Lightning Handicap (1200m) at Trentham.
If Ciaron Maher and David Eustace need any more evidence of Jacob Lowry’s riding ability, they can just watch his efforts to win Saturday’s Listed Easter Cup (1600m) at Riccarton aboard Times Ticking.
While he may not have been on-course to cheer home his pride and joy Times Ticking at Riccarton, trainer Alby MacGregor still made plenty of noise in his lounge at home in Opaki.
