Cambridge apprentice jockey Elen Nicholas has been riding in New Zealand for the last nine seasons, but it hasn’t been until the last 12 months that she has been able to string together a decent amount of time in the saddle.
The last couple of years have been a test for apprentice jockey Elen Nicholas, but she was rewarded at New Plymouth on Saturday when recording her 100th win in the saddle.
“Leith has already started and has taken to the role like a duck to water. The Level 3 course starts next month, and recruitment is underway for the September Level 2 intake, so Amie will hit the ground running there."
