Well-related filly Spark showed she has inherited a good measure of the family talent with a bold debut performance in black-type company at Riccarton.
“She was due to run at Wellington on Saturday, but due to heavy track conditions we will be looking elsewhere. She doesn’t need to start on a heavy track first-up.”
Promising filly Bedtime Story will be looking for a fairytale ending to her three-year-old season when she heads to Te Rapa on Saturday to contest the Gr.3 Inglis Sales Cambridge Breeders’ Stakes (1200m).
